Got charged, but did not get access

Right now I got charged with 10 Euro for Bad Company 2 Radar Hack, however I did not get access to the cheat and private section.
What should I do?

I don't see any payments from you yet. Check the status of the paypal payment, it could still be in pending and not fully completed.
