Hey, when i buy a 1 year subscription and i decide to upgrade to lifetime after e.g. 11months i am paying only 15€? is that right?

Yes, that is correct. There is one exception though, you cannot upgrade to lifetime, if you are buying xPackage. If you are buying a single cheat, xRadar or xInstantHook, for a game, then you can upgrade to lifetime and only pay the difference plus 10%.
