Cannot upload Avatar

Hey i want to use an Avatar but if i use a Link i get:
"Upload failed due to failure writing temporary file."
And if i upload it normal i get:
"Unable to move/copy file"

I have the correct format. :/

If a mod will set you avatar, 1337 ppl will come and say: "Can you plz set my avatar ? "
