Yes it is, you will not have any problems with that, x22 keeps his cheats maintained and upto date.

True there is always possibility of getting detected when playing with cheats but probably the most secure one is here,always up to date and if there is any problems with AEQ they will stop the cheat and you won't get banned,so in my opinion it is pretty close to 100%
