I tried it with my Mums card also, and got the same problem. Should I PM x22?

nope, you need to make sure all the info on the cc matches the info you give up when buying and not made up stuff.. if it still fails contact CB, they process the payment

Okay. I've contacted them. Both cards were denied, and the information given both times were correct. I've sent a form, let's hope it gets sorted quick. Thanks.
