Paypal problem?

Hey guys

the last month i have buyed a hack via paypal no problem, but now when i choose my hack and i want to pay with paypal and i login there paypal only says to my that only giropay is possible ( its online banking, and i have no online banking) ? Why i cant pay with paypal?

Contact PayPal and ask to solve the problem btw what the problem is.
