Are those good? Will it run CSS at high settings perfectly smooth? How about call of duty?

CSS definitly, idk about which cod game you're on about but should run cod1/2 reasonably ok, COD4+ higher/newer probably not though

I'm planning on upgrading it to 8GB RAM, will it make black ops, MW2, cod4 run smooth then?

OK So I just ordered the following for my PC:
-EVGA 260 216 core Superclocked Edition Graphics Card
-2GB of RAM, making that a total of 4GB RAM.
-OCZ Mod Xstream Pro 700w Power Supply Unit
-AMD Atholon 11 Dual Core CPU running at 2.8 GHz
-Micro ATX Motherboard

I ordered those parts, and so basically I am adding/replacing.
Will this be any better? It cost me a lot so i hope it is better ;)

I didn't have a LOT of money, so I just ordered what I could. And anyways I know someone who has the same specs as what I am getting and he says he gets 40 - 60 FPS on Black Ops.

With DX11 GPU's, six core cpu's and 8 to 12GB Ram?

Costs about 600 Euros.

The parts you bought are old, too old and too weak for this time.

If I would be you, you cancel the parts and choose newer ones.

Like I said, my friend has these specs and he plays black ops and crysis 2 and gets 60 FPS easy. If I need too I'll just lower some settings and overclock.

I highly doubt that you'll have any success or noticeable increase of performance.

i doubt he gets 60 fps with crysis 2 with that card.plus crysis now supports direct x 11. but johny walker is right. for 600 euro u can get a very good pc at a fair price

I'm wondering why you bought a CPU and a GPU which are older than 2 years...
A Core i3 or Core i5 would be much better for a very little price.
