Bought with clickandbuy

Hey ive bought the css xih at the 27.06.2011 with clickandbuy
and i bought some xih before and it just took 1-2 hour

the payment is not completed in the clickandbuy account but
ive bought a game from steam and the payment isnt completed either
but i got the game instantly

i know i should check the payment status for completed but
i think this took a bit too long for getting the xih

#edit Ok i see im customer and can enter the the vip etc. but i dont have any xih in the xclient

#edit maybe it was cause the free tf2 weekend i could play with the tf2 xih although i didnt got any other xih

Yes i cant log in to the xclient cause i dont have any subscriptions

You will have to wait for the payment to be completed. It is still in process. The process can last 1 to 7 days. Waiting is simply the only thing you can do.
