Hey :),

i need quickly a talk to a staff member . My Real account without the 1 behind x1LL got hacked and the hacker is now lifetime banned on this site but i cant get my password back :s ?

@Deadfreak666 i already added you on xfire.

There is no user by the name of "x1LL"...

P.S I don't have an xfire with the name "Deadfreak666", so you must be mistaken.

No . you dont understood what i mean.

my real account is "onlyx1LL" without the 1 at the end. and i thought its Deadfreak666 in xfire but i already added you now.

So how can i get my x22 account back you can check the HWID from my computer to the account onlyx1LL it should be the same and i can write you the games i've bought. or i can send you a copy of my passport :s

i really want my account back and i know x22 got the best support . I use it since 09 and i never had a problem with it :s

if u can please write back as PN. cause i dont want that talk public :)

You will need to contact paypal and the merchants transaction ID, but deadfreak555 will tell you more about it.

Didnt you say that you have your account since 2009? We didnt have PSC back then.

Anyways, you would need your Paysafecard in order to get it back.

Soulstar yes i said im a user since 2009 but i got this account since end of 2k10 soo :s. Can't you check the HWID from the x22 account to my computer or something ?

No... You need to send me the transaction id. Contact us through our IRC channel (Chat button at the top).

i can't send you the transaction ID. Cause since i bought it i changed my email address. So what can i do now ? Cause i payed over 100€ for this account and this is much money. and i dont wanna loose this money ..
