Double payment but only 1 month

as the title says... some how i manage to pay 2 times for one month of css instanthook... but i only recived one month and i thought i had 2 months.. if a mod could contact my it would be great...


I paid double for one month and that is 40 euros... and since i payed 40 euros why isnt my subscription 6 months
