I use the converter Easyh264 to make the files ALOT of smaller, thats the reason :~(

I simple record with fraps, drop it to sony vegas, render, easyH then youtube XD

Im sure you forget to set the sony vegas settings to 720p or even 1080p or you still have a monitor from the stone age, but I doubt that.
