It depends on what you change. Changing the HDD or your whole PC will cost 7€.
Changing a graphics card or RAM is for free as well as changing the Operating System.

I have an SSD disk atm and I just ordered one more of the same SSD disk earlier today to make a raid 0. Do you mean I will have to pay extra for that??

If that is the case. Surely you can see that I have the same components as before except from a new raid array and reset it manually for free? Since I'm not even changing anything only adding one more disk to the same computer.

You can ask deadfreak555, but usually we dont do that manually.
