I already have a paypal account, but I didnt have a ladger with the possibilitie for online banking. So I cant transfer the money, cause I need a PIN and a TAN. I just can get this stuff from my bank and for this I have to apply online banking, which can take a long time. ^^

Online banking to get set up does not take long at all. The one day i went into my bank, asked for online banking, and they set it up there for me. All i had to do was punch in the password i wanted, and it was all done. The thing that takes a long time is transferring funds from your bank account to a paypal account, which takes 5-7 business days i believe.

Also paypal is a bitch with activating your bank account on your paypal account. :S

There is not exceptions, it is either paypal or moneybookers. ;)

It'll take about 5-7 days as Blade12 has suggested. Being patient is a virtue... Don't rush things, you don't want anything to go wrong with the bank transfer. I suggest you just take your time, we aren't going anywhere.
