Trying to pay through paypal, however i have some problems

So today i was going to buy 1 month for counter strike source, however when i'm going to finalize my payment by going to my email and clicking a link i get the following.

A problem occured, the transaction could not be completed!
This may have happened due to a temporary connection problem.

Severity: Error
Error code: 10417
Reason: Transaction cannot complete.
Additional: The transaction cannot complete successfully. Instruct the customer to use an alternative payment method.

Any ideas? Using a alternative payment methode is kinda out of the question because the funds are in my paypal account and i've tried to send them to my bank account before without any success.

10417 - The transaction cannot complete successfully. Instruct the customer to choose an alternate payment method. The most likely cause is that the customer’s credit card failed bank authorization. or PayPal's fraud filters are flagging them as risky and PayPal won't accept the transaction.

It's obviously a bug from Paypal, it's caused by the funding option (credit card).

I see. Cause i figured it might be, so i removed my credit card from paypal and tried again, which it then just told me to link and it wouldnt charge me unless the purchase was larger than my paypal fundings. I guess we'll just have to wait and see. Again thanks for the help :)
