I already made the purchase with the user josue11. Have now if it works. I was as specific.

already I have to wait 60 minutes, but I hope if it works this time because I blocked the user xxxxxx. I hope this does not block me.

and I have none of these, what should I do?

Country you filled in doesn't match IP most likely.
