my friends wanted to buy x22, but they have unverified PayPal.
Can they still buy it without any problems, or do they need to verify it?

if they use a credit card to pay i think it also works with an unverified. If they transfered the money via bank they need to be verified. It's possible it changed so I'm not 100% sure. But beeing verified is always better :)

If the paypal limits are reached, the payment will be reversed and we won't like that. But if he doesn't have any limits issues, then he can pay.
