Payment Rejected

Hello,
my friend wants to buy me x22 but it got rejected due to potential fraud or something because he already has an account here, but I want to use it on my account.

How can I get around this? Can he pay for my x22 from his account? Because currently he is trying to pay for it on my account but I get rejected.

Usually its no problem that he pays for you.

Btw, if he wants to pay for you, he also has to enter his billings details from paypal/click&buy and not yours.

This is the PM I recieve:

"We are sorry, but your payment has been rejected by our anti-fraud protection.
It has been refunded.
The billing details are suspicious and/or not correct."

Is this the x22 team or a problem with PayPal?

And yes, he used his details.
