One Month xInstantHook v2.0 - Paid but whats now ?no Prog ?

I've bought xInstantHook v2.0 for 1 month via PSC, i've entered the code , everything ok. But until now i dont have any access to a VIP Area or a link to this Program. What can I do now ? How long does it takes ? PSC said my PSC is empty now.

I entered the psc code presst it than i've waited 5min on this page but nothing happend after that i closed the window and checked my psc but -.- empty-.- 20€ for nothing

There is a number on the PSC that identifies the card. I think its called serial number or similar

Im not talking about this: xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx

No when the payment is completed, you get a transaction ID. Your payment failed, your psc will be charged back.

i don't see any traces of these 2 cards on our psc account. You should contact their support.

if i'm not mistaking the first psc serial number was used to buy something else (on k2 network)
while the second one was used on nexus europe sprl...u can look up the transaction history on psc
