problem with click and buy

I have a fairly serious problem. I paid for css v2.0 x22 xInstantHook through Click & buy. Pobało me money from the card but did not get access to your product. In addition to click and buy it says that I do not have access to my account and call the given number. My question is, I get ordered product or even a refund or not?

If C&B said that they blocked your Account, then the payment isn't even succsessful.

You need to solve your issue with click&buy first. We dont get the money as long as you are blocked, so dont feel robbed by us, but click&buy.
