Hello, I paid there 5 hours the xPackage and lifetime, of a sum of € 120, the money was debited from my PayPal account but I'm still not activated!

I have all the proof of payment, ..

What to do?

Money may not yet registered as sent. wait some more. after all, I'm not an expert so wait for someone who will be more oriented.

Is the status on paypal on "completed" or "processed"?

but I will explain, when I create my x22 account, I was on VPN, but when I made the payment, I disconnected from VPN. and I think your system blocks me because of the different IP that I used on your site.

If you got blocked, the money will be refunded. So, Im not sure about it. I cant check payments. You will need to wait for someone with higher authorities.

It has not been blocked on our side. However, we got a notification from Paypal saying that your payment is under verification and that it will be cleared (or refunded) within 24h. This was probably caused by your VPN though.
