There is any method to compress FRAPS .avi files to something that YouTube accept but keep it in at least 720p?

Thank you, and btw the video have only 03:34 minutes.

Do you have render settings for 720p or 1080p?

Yes, you can use easy h264 to keep the vid in the same resolution as it was made.
So if you capture in 1080p, it will also be 1080p afterwards.

I personally prefer the media encoder of Adobe Premiere Pro CS5.5.
It gives me some ultra quality with moderate filesize :D

It was actually captured with 1600*900, so not even 1080p, but it still looks awesome after upscaling it. The filesize was 70mb for 1min which is ok for me

I have sony vegas 10 pro... but I really suck I don't know any effects... can you send me some tuts to make a good video?
