HWID Reset?

Hey ive bought an HWID reset and when i click on "hardware id reset" in the client comes : Your HWID reset request has been rejected , please go to www.x22cheats.com/payments.php purchase the HWID rset. but ive already
paid it.

Why did you do a reset at 4.15 PM and then 4.25 PM again? The first one was accepted.

no i paid the hardware id with my old pc and now tried to reset /=
maybe a (friend) found out my password and downloadet it on his pc x: ill change my password!
