To get back into punkbuster servers in BC2 after you got banned, you will have to change ip, create a new ea account, and new soldier (You may use your old soldier if you manage to move it over from your old account to your new account). If you dont change IP, you may not be able to join any punkbuster servers even you changed the key with a new ea account.
You do not need to reinstall the game, just follow the steps below.

First step (Change IP adress (WAN)) - This step may not be needed for some people, but it is recommended
- There are different ways to change IP adress depending on which router you got
* Some routers change the IP adress when you reboot it.
* Some routers have the option to change IP adress in the admin panel.
* You may have to change MAC adress on your computer by using a program named TMAC, then go to the router's admin panel and clone your new MAC adress/change it with the MAC adress you changed to. Then save and reboot the router.
* If none of the above steps works for your router, you will need to call/ring the ISP (internet service provider) and ask them to change the IP adress (WAN)

Second step (Create new EA account)
- Ingame or with web browser

1: click login
2: click create
3: chose Country
4: chose birthday date, email-adress, password, ea id

1: go to https://profile.ea.com/acctcreate.do
2: chose birthday date, email-adress, password, language, ea id

Third step (Activate CD-Key)
- Ingame, EADM-key/Steam-key/DVD-key (doesnt matter)
1: Login to your new ea account
2: Insert the CD-Key

Last step is to create a soldier, your old soldier is locked to your old account so you will lose your stats.
Thats it, you have now changed IP adress and GUID, you will be unbanned and able to play in punkbuster servers again.
