Trying to buy CSS instanthook, paypal method and when i goto my email to accept the payment i get sent to a page saying.

A problem occured, the transaction could not be completed!
This may have happened due to a temporary connection problem.

Severity: Error
Error code: 10417
Reason: Transaction cannot complete.
Additional: The transaction cannot complete successfully. Instruct the customer to use an alternative payment method.
