need help with black ops pls

hey guys,

i have a problem with black ops. i got the russian version activated on my acc and a languagepatch to german added. then i can play wihtout any probs. but if i end it and want to start it again the following error occurs:Error during initialization:
Failed to validate c:\program files (x86)\steam2\steamapps\common\call of duty black ops\main\localized_German_iw00.iwd

does someone know, what i can do now?

Reinstall the game, i had a prob that it couldent find a model of somehing, reinstall the game and everthing will be fine
