Contact ClickAndBuy, make sure your account isn't under verification. We don't activate the vip access manually, this is automatic, you'll have it when your payment is fully completed.

Click&Buy takes up to 7 bank workdays if you used a bank account with it.

So if you purchased on Monday, you probably only get it on Tuesday/Wednesday the next week.
