How does the anti leak protection work?

Are the hacks bound to the hardware or your steam account? Or IP? I have 3 computers, 2 desktops and 1 laptop, and I'm curious about the leak protection.

I don't want to end up using the hacks accidently on wrong computer, ending up with the hacks being stuck on it.

Anti Leak protection has nothing to do with your HW ID. It only scans your computer if you have some sniff programs like wireshark or something like that.

You just choose one computer where you'll always use the cheats on, this way you won't have to pay extra fees.
