View Full Version : Purchase fail? HELP!!!

In thursday, last week i bought x22 Instanthook v2.0 CSS. The purchase for me was 643,07kr(65euro). The bill came directly into our credit card transaction folder on our online bank.And on the saturday, i got an message from click and buy(i payed with credit card). Their message was just about the verifying pennys,cents. So i put them in and it all worked ok. But now, when i check all the click and buy transactions. My purchase for x22 Instanthook is not there! And i haven't got a email from you! I am not even a customer it says! So, what shall i do? Will you hand me the money over again so i can try repay it now that i got an verified click and buy account? Or will i get instanthook on mail soon?

PLEASE HELP!!!

Contact click&buy for that. If you dont see a payment on click&buy, we dont have the money. So we cant help you. You will need to sort that out with C&B if they have taken money from your credit card

We don't have any notification from click and buy about your payment. Check if they haven't put the 65 euros in your account balance. Then you'd need to pay again.

I checked if they put it on my account balance but there was only 3kr (0,4euros) there. So, i dont know but. Why did someone take money from our creditcard then?

Are you sure it hasn't been refunded? Do you have a transaction id?

You get it in the moment you pay via Click&Buy. If you dont have it, you didnt pay. You will need to contact click&buy then

oh shit, i guess it was the line in the end of the purchase? shit, i didn't write it. Ok, can i still contact Click and buy about it even though i havent the code? I checked my internet history, and i almost got to the code site, i came to the page "Choose Paymentoption". Yeye, anyways, can i still have a chance to get the money back? cause it has been withdrawn from my credit card.

I dont know about C&B but if you pay something with paypal, then you can see the transaction id. Just check your account on C&B and if you dont find anything, contact C&B support.

I talked to my bank, and they said the transfer was pending. But it was showing (-65euro). So they just told me to wait for 1 or 2 days. So, i guess i'll be waiting :P
