How do I ban evade ESEA

Ok so I need your guys help. I got banned for Malicious activity for a long time.

I also recently got banned for ban evading but this is where I am asking for help.

I got new computer parts EXCEPT for my hard drive, which I formatted from windows XP to Windows 7 so my HWID would have changed, BUT I still got banned for evading. So what does ESEA look for on the hard drive? How do they know?

So now that I got banned with my new parts, I will probably need to change my mac address or spoof it, change my IP, get new steam, get new ESEA...

Anything else?

EDIT: I also used my laptop before and I am not banned for evading on it, so it MUST be my hard drive, but HWID was changed.
