Hello ... I paid for a subscription to APB Cheats - xInstantHook v2.0 © a 1 month! passed all stages of payment, but the cheats did not get ...

Wait 10-60 minutes and you will have access to the VIP forum, and then wait an hour to get access for the cheat.
If you don't have access to the VIP forum, then something went wrong with the payment(if there went something wrong the money will be refunded).
Make sure you entered your real details and that they match your credit card/Paypal account.

Paypal sucks. I was paid via Click and Buy, QIWI Visa card used for that.
