A problem occured, the transaction could not be completed!
This may have happened due to a temporary connection problem.

Severity: Error
Error code: 10417
Reason: Transaction cannot complete.
Ready when this bug is corrected.

Additionally, PaySafeCard is not available here is ClickAndBuy's brilliant staff can't activate my account for some reason.

PayPal is the only option here and the PayPal account that I'm trying to use was an extremely high volume business account so there should be no problems.

He is unable to send PMs since he is not a customer. I think business payments had issues with PayPal, you may want to contact them regarding this, or get your issue solved with Click and Buy. There isn't really much we can do for you since this issue is PayPal related.

I've contacted PayPal and their Shift Supervisor Valerie has told me to inform the owner that the problem lies in x22's interface with PayPal and that there is nothing they can do until the developer contacts Marketing Services. I asked her to specify and she said that there is a problem communicating and relaying verification information and the software being used should be updated as well as x22 contacting PayPal.

I had to hop through six customer support representatives to get to someone that knew anything about this problem. She offered to call x22 if I had his phone number.

I've tried three times Sunday, once this morning and once after I called PayPal.

I'm a Developer as well x22, you can trust that I won't make you pull your hair out. I'm here because I calculated the amount of free time I have versus the amount I make and found it would be a much better deal to purchase a subscription rather than continuing to make my own bots in my free time. $175 for lifetime is significantly cheaper than if I took it out of my free time. I should probably note out of humility, I am no where near as good as you are in your field.

Ultimately though, repeating the same action will lead to insanity ;).

Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

I got it to work after talking to a Manager at MasterCard. Smaller banks are not insured against international fraud and so any attempts to purchase anything outside of the Country are automatically blocked. I had to use one of my credit cards from a larger bank before the payment would go through.

It seems as usual, PayPal's staff knows nothing.
