i don't see any traces of transactions from you here. If it has been debited, it's probably related to ClickAndBuy. They debit your card even if your clickandbuy account is under verification.

I did sent them a mail but they are slow like a fucking turtle... And calling an international phone number would charge me more than your lifetime subscription...

No, its not visible. As far as I know if your account gets blocked, the money will be refunded after 1 day approximately. We had several customers with that issue already.
