If you install the same windows again and again, you dont need to pay.

I didnt say it doesnt change, but the HWID reset is for free with the same windows.
@noakk, if you switch between 32bit and 64bit yes. If its the same bit version I guess no

Say I got a new pc, and transferred everything from my current one to my new one, would that still retain my HWID?

New PC = completely new HWID = pay for HWID reset.
If you keep the HDD, it might work

ok i changed Windows 7 64bit to Windows 7 64 bit. but xClient Say HWID error
