Payment problems?

Hi i purchased VIP yesterday and i got on today and i got a message that says "
The informations sent by Paypal don't match with your billing details. Rejected by the fraud protection. Last warning before your account is suspended." Could someone please let me know where the conflict is? I looked on paypal but can't find details about it. I'm positive that the info was correct considering i've been using this card for quite some time now. The only thing i can think that might have conflicted is that my address on the forum says Sierra Vista, AZ and my debit card billing address/mailing address says panama city, FL. My house is in FL, but i'm at Army AIT in AZ. Could someone help me figure this out? Cause its kinda bullshit if you ask me...

The billing details you entered probably didn't match with that of PayPal.

Im absolutely positive they did. Unless it conflicted when i put the apt. unit # in the second address box instead of the first one... which that has never been a problem before.

wow seriously, thats the reason it was rejected? Of course its not going to match, i'm in a different location now and on a new pc. How am i going to go about resolving this? Its pretty sad i can't use my own money to purchase something i want simply because of a different IP.

Yes, we are serious. A wrong IP looks like a fraud attempt with a stolen account
