No, they cannot see what you see, it is client side. If you see the bounding boxes and such, the others won't. They are able to notice the aimbot, if you are too obvious with it, that's about it.

You and only you will see bounding box,but if you have no recoil or aimbot set on full rage they will be able to see it.

ok sorry for avatar,some one say the screen shakes when other player watch you, is smooth aim in the hack i played long years americas army with artificialaimings hack

The cheats have smooth aim, aim angle, and other features to make you seem legit. The screen shaking is only related to the no spread and no recoil, turn those options off and your screen should not shake.
