Transaction problems

Trying to buy a year of xRadar for CSS I get this error:

Severity: Error
Error code: 10417
Reason: Transaction cannot complete.
Additional: The transaction cannot complete successfully. Instruct the customer to use an alternative payment method.

Click and Buy wont allow me to use my own adress, says its invaild? For some strange reason I don't know.

PaySafeCard... Well, I didn't really get it. Isn't really viable for me.

Is there no other way to pay? Like normal Visa or something.
