bf3 xradar fps drop question

I have a question concerning the fps drop.

I have an average fps of around 40-50 while playing bf3 (sometimes a bit below 40) and my question is: How big is the fps drop while only having health esp for enemies enabled ?

Like 5-10fps, depending on how many enemies you see at a time

I played with xRadar, I cant see any FPS drop... still 40FPS...
