forum ban without reason

Hey there i just bought the bf 3 xradar for 1 year, payd it with paypal and now i got banned from the forum without any reason? What had i done wrong? Its not my first cheat that i bought here :(

Now i registered me new because i cant contact anyone via email...

My banned account name :

and thats the message i get when i log me in..

not that i would know, im just running teamspeak, battlelog, kaspersky and origin, nothing else.. is something wrong with it`?

i just pay how i ever had payd my cheats with paypal... without any tools or something else!!

i just wanted to start xclient and wanted to log me in but there comes a message connection timed out.. and now i got banned again??? should i do a hardware reset or something like this? I dont know what to do :(

before i bought bf3 i just installed my windows complete new, is the hardware reset the reason for the ban?? please help :(

you can't be banned for an hardware id reset.

this is really strange because i don't get any logs for it.

i dont use any sniffer or something other stuff, i dont even know what a sniffer is..

ok i will explain again... i bought the bad company 2 cheat also, know i reinstalled my windows specially for bf3, i bought the xradar for bf3 and wanted to log me in into xclient, after that i just got banned in the forum without reason.
Now i just wanted to know if i should had made a hardware reset before i bought the hack because my windows is new installed, no hardware change or something else just my OS... maybe this is the reason for the ban?? Please help me :(

no this shouldn't cause any bans. Atleast you'll get a message saying "Wrong Hardware ID".

You are not banned in the forum. The xClient and forum have to synchronize first. It takes up to 1 hour
