it's a problem with your paypal/ click&buy account. Contact them.

Make sure you filled in all the CORRECT details when ordering. no fake names etc or it will fail

Or you can go and get a paysafecard (google it in your area)

its much easier and faster you dont have to wait for any valadations from the bank etc

well many kids dont have credit cards do they? for me a paysafecard is easier theres a shop for it around the corner and i dont have to wait for the shitty bank

Credit Cards allow you to buy instantly. You don't need to wait if you pay with them.
