You obviously used a bank account for paying on Click&Buy. Since bank payments on C&B are notoriously slow, it will take some time, up to 7 bank working days.
Your payment status on C&B should be on "in Bearbeitung" or similar.

The payment status right now is "reversed". So this is the reason why you are not activated. I bet you failed the fraud checks on click and buy or any other checks on their side.

The money will be refunded if the payment fails. That can take a few hours. Try to contact the PSC support
