I have tried on numerous occasions to place an order, and have successfully fulfilled your anti-fraud regulations as required, but have received NO notification whatsoever, nor have any of my payments been accepted.

Could someone please help me with this?

Make sure you entered the information that matches your PayPal account/Credit card, also make sure that your not running any proxy/vpn.

As i stated, i have made sure of both of these things.

I can only assume it is because i have a Business Premier Account, and as such do not have a First or Last name on the account....

I assume the clickandbuy payment went through since you are customer. If you have issues with paypal you should contact their support.
