if you are talking about the Website i dont think there has been many downtime and there isnt any daily downtime

The cheat is only down if there is an update and the max time of updating the cheat is 2 days.
Most cheats get updated within 24 hours with an average of 1-5 hours

and Client Havent Been Down or anything There Has Been Updates On New Cheats Such As Mw3 Instanthook etc.. and ofc Bf3 :) And Many Other Cheats

Depends on what payment method but all except C&B Bank transfer is instant.
When you've paid the client needs 1 hour to sync with the customer database. (Can sync before 1 hour.)
