already paid for but still no access

Yes, as long as click&buy says "in progress" you need to wait. it can take 7-8 business days.

For the next time I recommend not to use a bank account on click&buy. they are only fast with credit cards.

ok, thanks, last 2 times i paied with paypal, and it was much faster... so that was why i am wondering

Yeah, we cant change that. Paypal always pays us in the moment your order is completed.
Click&buy does not. They first take the money from your bank account which already takes a few days (regardless if its taken from your bank account). Then they verify it and eventually they unlock it here.
