It has been about 10 min. and i have not receive a comfirmation email.
I purchased BF 3 Radar.

there will be no email....download the xclient after your payment is done (at least not with PSC)
ps. activation could take up to 1 hour.

If the payment is confirmed, you get a forum PM. Check the payment status on Paypal/Click&buy

There is no status. it said i had to wait for a confirmation email Which i never got after about 2 hours

The email usually goes to the same email as you have on your paypal/click&buy account. If you dont get it, the payment will fail, cause it times out.

Im not sure what you mean with over, but if you dont click that confirmation link, the payment will fail. So you will have to try it again. If it still doesnt work, I suggest to change the paypal/click&buy email

Your payment is not completed because you have not clicked the link in your confirmation email. This email is sent to the email attached to the paypal account used for the payment.
When you don't click it, your accound will not be charged.

When i when through paypal and clicked pay now X22 site said we have sent a confirmation email to your email. I did not receive that email.

Then try to change the email on your paypal account to another email provider and try a new payment.
