Unable to purchase CSS Radar

Tried to purchase Radar hack a few minutes ago, I selected pay with paypal and tried to log on. The page timed out the first time I tried.

Second time I tried it it timed out again, although this time I got an email with a link to finalise the transaction. It said the following
"Severity: Error
Error code: 10417
Reason: Transaction cannot complete."

Third time I tried it an error page came up on paypal saying "At this time, we are unable to process your request. Please return to Digital Soft Code and try another option."

I'm a bit confused as to what's going wrong, and especially why the errors I'm getting are so inconsistent.

Did you try to use a credit card on paypal?

I'm trying to use my debit card which is on paypal.

I'm thinking I should try topping my my paypal account and use that instead?

Also I want to confirm that I'm not going to suddenly be billed 3 times for these failed attempts which I've already tried.

If a payment fails, the money wont be funded or refunded.

Try to get some paysafecards or use a credit card on click&buy if you have one.
