hello i need your help as soon as possible im on x22 mw3 radarv4 buying page and something is wrong i entered my credit card specificians and now it wants me my address tel no password ... there is no problem with password or other things but address says wrong everytime when i try to pass this page .i didnt get it can you help me thanks

You don't get charged if you never click the confirmation email. I have no idea what pin you are talking about, contact paypal regarding that. Anyway it looks like you have access, and everything looks fine.
