Problem buying xInstanthook

Hi, haven't been on this forum since a year or something, and the pay way have changed a bit, so when I try to pay via paypal, I gotta confirm a e-mail, and the only message I get when I confirmed is : A problem occured, the transaction could not be completed!

This may have happened due to a temporary connection problem.

Severity: Error
Error code: 10417
Reason: Transaction cannot complete.
Additional: The transaction cannot complete successfully. Instruct the customer to use an alternative payment method.

Can someone help me?

Are you sure you entered the correct billing details ? It's the details from the credit card owner ( So NOT yours if you use someone else's credit card but theirs)

no fake bullshit or it will get declined. Try again and see if everything is right

This error is related to paypal having problem to manage the credit card.
