[Purchase Issue] Purchased. But No Customer Status or Access

I purchased XHook today through Click and Buy and the funds were taken off my credit card. But I do not have access to download the Client or anything extra at all. The charge shows up as follows; (keep in mind this is in Canadian Dollars)

I tried to verify and it says the ammount is wrong it says in CAD currency and i live in canada and my statement is canadian but it says they are wrong, try customer service number and always said closed

anyway x22 dont have you money,so no access. Sent them support letter,and wait will monday,tuesday for answer.
