Gift Card

So I am trying to use a Vanilla Visa Gift card to purchase and for some reason it declines the payment every time. It shows up as charging the card for about 5 hours then shows it as a 0.00 balance. I'm using click and buy and the gift card has been verified through them. Any Help?
