Payment didn't work. What do I do?

So guys, today 10/12 I bought the xpackage and chose to pay with paypal, I was redirected to the paypal window where I filled the blanks and confirmated the transaction. Then I received an email from this site telling me this:

The thing is, I clicked on the link above and that gives me this error:


A problem occured, the transaction could not be completed!
This may have happened due to a temporary connection problem.

Severity: Error
Error code: 13113
Reason: Buyer Cannot Pay.
Additional: The Buyer cannot pay with PayPal for this Transaction.

So I assumed the transaction did not occur well and I bought it again, then I received the same email telling me to click and all that stuff. But when I clicked it gave me the SAME error above, with the same code and it didn't work out.

Here are my questions:

1- Could the two transactions be completed? Which means that I bought it twice even if I didn't mean to? In that case I'd like to know how to proceed to cancel one. Then pay for only one.

2- Assuming that it didn't complete the transaction for whatever reason, is it finished at all? I mean, is there a risk that my credit card completes the two transactions?

I'm really worried guys, please answer ASAP.

just bought xPackage for 120€. Or no, just bought nothing for 120€ or what?

Alright, your transaction is created but it is being reviewed by Paypal. They say that they will accept it or refund it within 24 hours. So your payment is not completed yet. You only have to wait.
